Holiday Closure Notice: Our clinic will be closed from December 24th to January 1st for the holidays, and will reopen with regular hours on January 2nd, 2025. Please plan ahead for any prescription refills. We will respond to patient messages and confirm appointments when we return.

For emergencies or urgent care needs, please visit your nearest emergency department or urgent primary care clinic. If needed, call 911 for emergency transportation. For questions about whether emergency care is required, please call 811.

Please create a Telus CHR account as soon as possible to ensure that you have a successful video appointment.

To use the Telus CHR Connect app:

  1. Download the ‘TELUS CHR Connect’ app from an app store or access the desktop version at chrconnect.telushealth.com.
  2. Sign up for an account.
  3. Complete the steps to finalize your registration.
  4. The application’s help documentation is rich with information that could address any questions you may have, including

New! Changes to Appointment Scheduling: We have made some changes to how we schedule appointments to improve access and to help reduce wait times to see our Nurse Practitioner. Read more about the changes. 

Provider Hours

  • Nurse Practitioners: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Sunday
  • Registered Nurse: Monday to Friday
  • Registered Social Worker: Monday to Friday

Through the Interior Health (IH) Outpatient Laboratory Online Booking System you can book an IH lab appointment.

MyCareCompass is a digital health portal by LifeLabs that allows you to find and book a lab appointment and access secure lab results.

This can be used for all LifeLabs requisitions as well as Valley Medical Laboratories (Osoyoos).

MyHealthPortal

Information available on MyHealthPortal includes Interior Health (IH) lab results, medical imaging reports (such as X-ray, CT and ultrasounds), certain IH appointments, certain transcribed clinical reports, your hospital visit history, and your contact information. You will not see information or appointments from your family doctor’s / nurse practitioner’s office or for lab tests done at private labs such as Valley Medical Laboratories and LifeLabs.
